Yes,  

We are the same people.  

(We decided to change name from
IMC Turkey to Istanbul IMC, because of our strategy change
-new one will be most reliable in terms of representing dissent  
of a city not whole country.)

We have completed our organizing process.

Now we would like to go online.

But I cannot find a server to Run istanbulIMC!
