[New-imc] better coordination

Now that we have a number of people involved in the new-imc working group,
perhaps we should be clearer about who is doing what.  If I'm not mistaken,
the raw breakdown of point people is:

Pittsburgh -- Chris
Tallahassee -- Sharpie and Sarah working together [sorry I wasn't clear on
suggesting you work together, rather than just sending you two similar
messages encouraging you each to work on the Tallahassee app]

General assistance has been coming recently from Boud, Sheri, Ana, Evan,
Christopher, and a whole group of other wonderful people (thatcher, are you
still out there? gekked?).  Am I missing anyone or anything obvious?

Just a reminder, before I sign off.  More communication is better than
less, I believe.  Cc'ing the list on public communication with the imcs
with whom you're corresponding is a good idea, as well as keeping everyone
generally up to date on how things are going.
