Hey Martin,

Sorry for the delay,

first of all, we're all busy volunteers, so a delay can happen.

I didn't react, because a while ago Tony (cactus at zetnet.co.uk) stepped
up and said he would take care of all incoming applications from
Ireland/UK area.
I've cc'ed him here, I hope he'll contact you as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can find a lot of usefull information about the
newimc process by surfing around on http://newimc.indymedia.org
