[New-imc] Tallahassee-RedHills IMC is ready for affiliation

Friends at NIMC:

We in Tallahassee-RedHills region are at the point where we've got (most 
of) our things together and are ready to submit our affiliation documents.

We have been using our "organizing" website at http://tallytown.com/imc/ to 
post our various communication - that is where all our affiliation 
documents are for all to see (in the "AFFILIATION" section). Would this be 
a convenient way for you to access them as well or would you want them 
explicitly included in an email to this list? You can also see some of our 
meeting notes there to trace the history of our effort.

Our current Web site can be found at http://imc.tallytown.com/, courtesy 
good folks at http://www.bandwidthcoop.org/ but we have a machine of our 
own located at a friendly ISP in Tallahassee which we will use as soon as 
it is all set up for this purpose. At that time we would be happy to share 
this resource with other IMCs.

We have also been using the imc at tallytown.com email list (that list is 
cc-ed with this message) for communication.
