Four members of IMC-Lille collective have broad-line web connection and home computers. One of us is a professionnal programmer, and works together with other french IMC-Collectives for web development. 

outreach:
We have took contacts with various activists, autonomists, alternatives and unionists collectives or associations or individuals in the regional aera. More than a dozen of people came regularly to  reunions to discuss the creation of a collective and web page. 

introductory_statement:
We want to favorize information to federate various political and social struggles in our local aera, and create an alternative to official medias. We hope to offer a common network and exchange platform for activists in the north of France.
