[New-imc] Online form: Proposed new IMC! (IMC London)

Hello Bart and all

Yes i would normally take on doing this as it is within my catchment 
area - but maybe on this one i am a too close to the site being 
applied for (as i am in london!) so it maybe better for transparency 
for someone else on this list to process this one.



As i am here i will update everyone on what is happening over here...

We had a uk wide "network meeting" resently in Manchester where we 
met up with imc groups from Manchester, Liverpool, Lancaster, 
Bristol, London, Wales and Scotland. It was a really productive 
meeting where we did exstensive training and sharing of passwords, 
talked about the uk site and where it could go in the future, ie. 
ideas around many decentralised sites or a network of sites working 
on the uk portal... Which software would be bets for our needs etc...

So this week we have a new Manchester group taking on admin of the uk 
site - in the start of a rota system, and hopefully more on the 
horizon.

* IMC scotland: Still in the process of applying - they have decided 
to take it slower - get the collective behind the site up and running 
before they push forward. They will probably start with a sub-section 
of the UK site before they launch their own - giving them practice 
and a measure of workloads needed

* IMC Wales: They have a site working with different software, and 
without OP - they are working out how to improve their software to 
allow this and working through the process.

* IMC Iceland: Have not heard anything for ages - i will chase them up...
