Hi there!
good on you for all the work n stuff. I just wanted to give some
feedback. I'm writing a dissertaion on Indymedia, so I looked into new
imc documents and found some things I thought could be improved: 

*confusingly, on http://newimc.indymedia.org the process is described
slightly different then in the linked introductory letter (I suppose the
letter is a bit dated?)
*the link to Full text of 10-step process doesn't work ("can not be
found")
*the link to Draft of Principles of Unity goes to a post about
involvement with community 
* the link to Index of IMC Process Planning Posts doesn't work ("can not
be found")
