At our general meeting tonight, we the members of IMC-Ithaca came to
consensus without stand-asides to block the application of IMC-Rogue.

This is a notice of the decidion, our IMC liason (Laura Heady) will
provide additional details. Specifically, the block is based on
concerns over the group's decidion making process and apparent lack of
outreach.

Boud, I feel it is inappropriate the manner in which you have taken it
on yourself to ignore blocks which have been made, legitimate or not,
without consensus or even a process in place where liasons for discuss
this with their local IMCs.

I am not our IMC's liason, she will be contacting process soon with the
exact wording of the block and will hopefully help move forward from
here.
