The blocks were withdrawn. i only stated the obvious.

The "risk" that andy withdrew his block was already there. You could
have requested a further delay while your local IMC discussed this,
if you wished to hold open the possibility of a block.

Well, IMC Ithaca presumably is willing to take the responsibility for
