This is Jay from the Philadelphia IMC.  I've also been involved for a long 
while in the new-imc working group.  Glad to hear things are getting 
together in New Orleans, and that you're getting ready to join the 
network.  Your website looks quite snazzy!

If you haven't already (though you very likely have), most certainly check 
out "http;//newimc.indymedia.org".  This site gives a reasonable 
step-by-step guide to joining the Indymedia network.  Feel free to ask any 
questions to the new-imc working group as you go along.
