[New-imc] missed something

Hi Rogue IMC (and the new-imc group by cc),

Seems as if I missed something very important in the Ithaca IMC's 
block.  Arc wrote:
"Specifically, the block is based on concerns over the group's decision 
making process and apparent lack of
outreach."  So, outreach is part of it, but Ithaca also has issues relating 
to your decision-making process.

Their liaison is apparently going to explain in more detail later.
