I would also like to quickly address somthing in Arc's e-mail.

It should be noted:

The change of 3/4 to 2/3rds applies to editorial policy, their origional
draft said that if consensus isnt reached in 48 hours they'll resort to
majority vote, requiring 3/4rds:

Andy Rice pushed for 2/3 over 3/4 which I had initially suggested
specificaly to prevent clique domination of the IMC, because 2/3 was
"Indymedia Standard".  I shrugged and consensused to 2/3.

Somthing else I feel that Arc has really, really really just glazed
over...  We do not specify anywhere in our document that consensus is not
the system we wish to and will use.   In the meeting notes e-mail that he

- Decision policy, a real honest effort at consensus.  if all else
fails, a 2/3 majority vote is the fallback option.  this strongly
discouraged.

Is it not clear the voting is simply not a preffered or suggested option?
Also that we have not yet resorted to a vote on any issue?
