(1) Il n'y ait pas de possibilité de rajouter des commentaires à un
article

(2) Il y ait un délai pouvant aller jusqu'à 15 minutes (théorique) ou
plus qu'une heure et demi (en pratique) avant qu'un article contribué paraîsse
dans la rubrique « En attente de modération », qui est séparée de la
rubrique principale. J'ai publié un article test, qui n'est toujours
pas apparu nulle part 90 minutes après que spip a confirmé sa bonne
réception.

Si les seules critiques sont possibles par la publication de nouveaux
articles, qui devraient attendre pendant un délai allant jusqu'à 15
minutes (théoriques, ou pire en pratique ?), la rectification et la
diversité de points de vues sur les reportages seraient fort
affaiblies.  

Déjà, séparer les articles non-validés des articles validés est un peu
exagéré lorsque on prétend que « ces deux mesures, cacher un article
et afficher une mise en garde, sont des mesures à caractère
exceptionnel. » Si elles sont si exceptionnelles, pourquoi faire deux
rubriques séparées et non simplement un bouton coloré comme à IMC Nice
?

Peut-être une partie du problème est technique, mais la politique
éditoriale actuelle me semblent un peu loin de la publication ouverte.

A mon avis, il faut que l'IMC Nantes rediscute et clarifie ce qu'il
entend par publication ouverte, ce qui ne se ferait pas sous 3 jours.

C'est pourquoi je propose une suspension de la date limite en
attendant une clarification. La publication ouverte est une clé
d'Indymédia.

it seems that:

(1) There is no possibility for adding comments to an article

(2) There's a delay of up to 15 minutes (theoretical) or more than
an hour and a half (in practice) before a contributed article appears in the
section « En attente de modération » ("Waiting to be moderated"), which
is separated from the main section. i published a test article, which 
still hasn't appeared anywhere 90 minutes after the spip software 
had confirmed that it had been received.

If comments are only possible by publishing new articles, which each must
wait up to 15 minutes (theoretical, or worse in practice), then the 
correction and diversity of viewpoints on news reports will be greatly
weakened. 

The separation of not-yet-moderated articles from moderated articles
itself seems a bit strange when it is claimed in the Charte that « ces
deux mesures, cacher un article et afficher une mise en garde, sont
des mesures à caractère exceptionnel. » ("these two actions, hiding
an article and adding a warning, would only happen rarely"). If hiding
articles is so rare, why make two separate sections and not simply 
put coloured buttons like in IMC Nice?

Maybe part of the problem is technical, but the present editorial
policy seem to me a bit far from open publishing.

IMHO, IMC Nantes ought to rediscuss and clarify what it really means
by open publication, and this will be difficult to do in less than 3 days.

Which is why i suggest a suspension of the deadline while waiting
for a clarification. Open publishing is a key element of Indymedia.
