i agree with boud.
some comments:

i'm not sure they should subscribe to imc-communication, which has never 
been a liaison list and is rarely used. imc-process is where the real 
discussion takes place, although it's an almost english-only list with 
quite heavy traffic. imc-italy, as you probably know, made a proposal to 
reform the use of global lists, which involves imc-process (which is to 
become an "official" liaison list) and imc-communication (which will be 
a list for global discussion open to whoever wants to participate. so i 
suggest they subscribe to imc-process instead than communication, if 
they're not afraid of the heavy load of emails that get through that list.
