Hi,

I suppose it's ok to pass this application to IMC-Process.

I will append concerns about:

1) Public mettings and the answer from IMC Galiza

2) Comments feature.
   I sugested they contacted IMC Lille as they also run Spip and
articles can be commented.
   They will get in touch and try to inplement those feature on spip.

If no one objects I pass the application Monday.
