The best point to check this kind of things at the moment are the public
mailing list archives. As you can see there, it will be a public meeting/
press presentation the next 20030401. Also I have made a proposal of a
public presentation out of the land, perhaps in Buenos Aires or Montevideo
(the forty percent of our population lives there). Perhaps a 'Agenda'
feature will be a good thing for this purposes.

We think comments are a good feature and its current absence might not be
considered as a disgreement with the Open Publishing principles but a
technical question that we will solve as others like the agenda feature or
search facilities, as a couple of examples.  Meanwhile, the contributions
sent as a comment to another contribution will be attached to the refered
contribution. We can put a link talking about that if you consideer it a
priority.

I have made two attempts to subscribe me to that list. Now I'm waiting for
the Administrator aproval. The next will be tech.
