[New-imc] Courtesy notice, regarding Rogue-IMC / Ithaca-IMC

Regarding the "block" that Arc has stated was in the name of Ithaca-IMC,

This is in reflection of Brian's comments made regarding Ithaca-IMC's

Please take this in consideration with regard to Rogue-IMC and this
"block" that Arc made supposedly in the name of Ithaca-IMC. ("by an IMC"
were his exact words in

.)  Hopefully, you will hear further from IMC-Ithaca after the A21
meeting.

My personal apologies to all the good people involved with Rogue-IMC that
were affected by Arc's actions, supposedly on behalf of everyone from my
local IMC.  Please don't let the actions of one dissuade you from
participation with the rest of IMC.
