[New-imc] imc baghdad info

hi everyone,

i've been in contact with the same folks.  christopher mitchell from 
twin cities and myself.  they weren't yet at the place to start going 
through the new imc process.  they were still keeping things a bit 
quiet.  i would be happy to shepherd this one through with 
christopher.  although i don't think we're at that point yet.
