[New-imc] MIAMI IMC?

Hi David,

My name is Jay and I'm involved in the Philadelphia IMC.  I'm also part of 
the new-imc working group, the group that helps aspiring IMCs get organized 
and join the Indymedia network.

A while ago you sent the below e-mail to the imc-proposals e-mail 
list.  That list is a moderated place for network-wide IMC proposals to go 
out to all the IMCs in the network.  I'm one of the moderators.  Since the 
list is used really, really infrequently, and only then after preliminary 
network-wide discussion, 99.9% of the mail that goes through it is 
spam.  The co-admins and I get to the queue to clear it once a month or so.

In other words, I didn't see your e-mail until a couple days ago!  I don't 
know if you sent it to any other imc lists, and I don't know if you've been 
in touch with any other Indymedia organizers in Florida.  If so, 
excellent.  If not, so sorry for the delay.  Also, if you've sent the 
message to other imc lists and haven't heard anything back, let me know.

In the meantime, take a look at the info at 
"http://newimc.indymedia.org".  They should give you some ideas about how 
to proceed toward forming an IMC.
