Nick,

I think given what's happened so far that it's important that you step
back from IMC-Rogue and let someone more experienced deal with it.  It's
one of those cases like a group has a series of really out of control
meetings - you need an experienced facilitator at these times to help
move the group forward.

If IMC-Rogue was an IMC I was helping through the process, at this
point, because of my inexperience and because some people's feelings of
me would be making the issue worse, I would have to ask someone else to
take on the project.

Yes we need more volunteers helping out in new-imc, but this peticular
one I think is beyond the scope of many of our abilities to deal with.
I'm glad Jay has stepped in to attempt to resolve this.
