Hi all,
I'll have time later tonight or tomorrow to respond a bit to the current
"rogue" situation. In the meantime, I think Nick should keep up with his
position as volunteer. As I see it, he has been able keep his head up
through this situation, and I know he's been doing a lot of communicating
off-list with the people involved, trying to explain points and keep
conversations flowing. When I gave a couple recommendations I didn't mean
to seem as if I was stepping in or "taking over." Though one person in the
new-imc working group does generally "bottom-line" each new-imc's
application, I think we can all work together as a group, especially in
such complicated situations, to advise as things go along.
Like I said, more later.
