as far as US volunteers not being the ones to work with this
application, i am fine with that. i'm merely trying to help
acilitate a process in whatever way i can and to work with others in
a collaborative environment from this group. as i'm american and not
from the middle east, i will happily allow others from the region to
work more closely with folks in iraq. i say this even while agree
with blue's really great observation in her earlier email.
