[New-imc] Breaking Down the Blocks: Andy

Hi,

In the case of this block, I think the new-imc working group would really
still benefit from some clarity. Andy, I know you say the IMC hasn't done
enough outreach, and hasn't gotten enough participation from around the
area, and therefore is heading toward being an insular group. I don't
think we need to get too nitpicky, but I think what would help is for there
to be very clear outline of the different organizations in the area of the
Rogue IMC, and a fairly clear idea about what would be enough of them (or
individuals from them) involved. I think if the Rogue group is aware of
the activist landscape in the area, has done outreach to those
organizations/individuals, and has a clear plan for doing ongoing outreach,
that sounds like a reasonable place for a new-imc to be. If any new-imc
refuses to do outreach, that's a different story.

Andy, if you could provide a clearer assertion about the potential outreach
the Rogue group could do, but is not doing, that could be helpful, both to
the new-imc group, and to the current organizers of the Rogue IMC who would
then be able to get a better handle on how much outreach is "enough" at
this point.

Jay
