hi,
i don't think there's any point once again going through debates on
what consensus is. The debates have happened. There are plenty of
documents written by experienced activists on the theme.

The wiki (easily update-able) version of the http://newimc.indymedia.org
page is here:
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/NewImcHowTo
The end of the section NEW IMC PROCESS - HOW IT WORK has consensus
links, but i've also updated
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/ConflictResolution
Lots of links there!
