I believe that people from Andalucia were aiming at creating an imc, for
the whole region of the straight including Canary Islands, Northern
Africa and Andalucia.

Are we talking about the same thing?

    recently some people have started to discuss about creating a new imc at the canary islands. It's in a very begining step and i write you to put it in your aknowledgement (and to write now to listwirk at indy.. to get a list to coordinate ourselves).
