Yes but not at all.

There's the trans-frontier project you say and also an autonomous indy-Canarias that will colaborate with it.

I only put in your acknowledgement that there's a discussion to go ahead with a indy-Canarias it's not to formalize anything yet but to ask for a list to nwelist at indy... as said in the faq
