[New-imc] Re: New list requested: imc-bulgaria

Hi everybody,

3 days ago I requested a new list imc-bulgaria and the only answer I 
received was this auto-reply. Based on your experience, what else should 
I do to activate the new list? Or how long does the process take? Would 
you recommend to start an Yahoo group instead (I saw that Aotearoa 
IndyMedia  used to do that)?
