   This is the correct forum for people starting new collectives :),
so we can point you to the forum directly dealing with mailing lists,
which is "listwork".

Did blicero and changsing from IMC Italy get into contact with you, BTW?
i think they said they would help IMC Bulgaria through the new-imc process.
