This is Jay from the Philadelphia IMC.  I sometimes work with the new-imc 
working group to help aspiring IMCs like your own to get through the 
process of joining the network.

I'm glad you've taken the time to build up support in El Paso.  That's 
definitely the best way to start an IMC.  As for the next stip, perhaps 
you've already seen the information at: 
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/NewImcHowTo.  This will give you a 
step-by-step list of what to do to help your IMC through the process.  If 
so, let us know where on the step-by-step list you are.  If not, take a 
look; these documents will give you a lot to talk about. :)

I'm all the way out here in Pennsylvania.  Maybe someone from the Houston 
or Austin IMC would be able to help you through the process . . . ?  Or 
maybe the group in New Mexico?  Or, maybe Arizona, or the Mexico IMC?  I'll 
e-mail this to the new-imc working group and maybe someone from any of 
those groups may be interested in helping out.
