[New-imc] New Orleans, LA (NOLA) IMC

I have added NOLA imc to the cities list/contact db at the request of 
Matt Toups from Pittsburgh IMC (who was involved in organizing the nola 
imc). NOLA imc has already gone through the new-imc and imc-process 
processes, and met with no objection:

I should note I've never done this before, I'm assuming that updating the 
IMC's status to live in the contact db is enough to make get cities.inc 
to list it... If not, please let me know.
