hi everyone,
i'm just wondering if there are any arguments against a transregional
IMC being listed twice in the cities list, under the two regions?

i can only think of trivial arguments against this, which IMHO (first
reactions, anyway) are weaker than the political arguments in favour:

- it would unnecessarily lengthen the cities list

- it would make it more difficult to count the number of official,
functioning IMCs
  - counterargument: just use a linux command like "uniq"

- if a whole lot of IMCs want to be listed twice, then things would
really get messy
  - counterargument: not that many IMCs really are transregional, and
even those that are may not be fussy about the cities list.

Any good reason why IMC Estrecho/Madiak should *not* be listed both
under Africa and Europe?

solidarity
