[New-imc] SET UP A SITE IN HONG KONG

hi jonathon,
   Sorry that noone replied to you for 3 weeks - indymedia is a
volunteer network, we function non-hierarchically, and people prefer
to focus on things they know about, and i guess to many people active
in Indymedia, China seems like a faraway, strange place... (i'm
only hypothesising here...).

i'm a volunteer in IMC Poland (where i live), and also in new-imc,
though (as i keep saying) i hope to quit new-imc, so hopefully someone
else will help talk you through the organising stages.

and the links there. Indymedia is supposed to be a lot more than
just software - it's supposed to be based in local grassroots 
activists - people! Anyway, please take the time to read
the pages - and feel free to contact new-imc (or any other mailing
list) after you and the other Hong Kong activists have started 
reading through the NewImcHowTo page and the links
