Hello Massinissa! 
Seeing u where already invovled with dc-imc I'll be writing in english the language in which I can better write. 

My first question is don't u people think it will be more better to use a name that can help orientate people to your imc like imc-Algeria or IMC-Algiers? or is Atlas the name of a locality??

I'll also advice that if you already have a group that have  possiblity for online connection may be it will be good if you get a mailing list for u ppl to use for discussing about your imc. This will also help other activists interested in your imc to take a look every now and then on the evolutions taking place on your imc. To get the list for your imc sent your mail to 
listwork at lists.indymedia.org or to new-imc at lists.indymedia.org.
