[New-imc] Greeting

I have submitted a request for a new IMC mailing list and yet to get 'VETTED' and a password as to begin working really on the site, etc. Someone 'Sphynx' has answered my request and suggest I write to you. This step seem to be the 1st according to the manual posted on indymedia. I'd appreciate your feedback. Thanks. Massinissa. The proposed name for the IMC is Atlas under Africa to be centered in Algiers and cover all of north Africa(ATLAS) until other IMCs from the neighb oring countries organize.
