[New-imc] S. IL new on list

Hi folks,

I'm Kristen from Southern Illinois.  After 9 months of creating a paper and 
community radio show and showing indy films around town as the Muddy Media 
Project, our crew has applied to be a new IMC (Big Muddy IMC).  We just got 
a space in downtown Carbondale that we'll move into in February and our 
website should be functioning within 3 weeks.  We're having a few 
difficulties weeding out this process, but we're receiving assistance from 
Houston and Urbana.  Since we're investing in a storefront space we have 
lots of questions for other IMCs who have capital fundraising 
experience.  We're also interested in how other rural media groups are 
functioning.
