Hi Robert
We new-imc folks are sort of getting our stuff together right now, so
expect someone to "adopt" your idea as a possible new imc (or discuss how
it could or could not work) very soon. In the meantime, if you don't
already know the ropes, check out the wiki page on the new imc process for
an overview.
Also, for Clara: DNC is the Democratic National Convention, when the
Democrats pick their candidate for US President. It's occuring in Boston
this year and there will be lots of disruption.
good luck!
