I think that if dnc.indy is event only and has no plans to continue then
it really doesnt make any sense to have its own website. A topic page on
Boston IMC would work better for that...especially for archiving.

That is an interesting idea, however I know with the FTAA site we want to
use it as one huge archive for American Trade Agreements/Talks. I think
the URL should be something as permanent as possible. Instead of DNC
(democratic national convention) I think it would be more beneficial as
politicalparty.democrat.indy or something that can be used between the
years.

In Miami with FTAA one of the bigest things we did was set up IMC-Seed
project. Anyone that came to the Indy space from Miami was encouraged to
get involved to help set uup IMC Miami. And they are getting along well
right now. They werre a bit too ambitious at first wanting to have
miami.imc set up in a week (which is why is stopped their process for now
and we are talking them through their urgency issues). But we left that
community with strong goals to have a local imc.

It is easier with topic sites to go outside of the process, because the
process hasnt been concluding on what to do while tthese are still
coming(topic sites). And I just want to let everyone know the Republican
National Convention (RNC) is coming up too. The IMC folks working on that
may also be coming to set up an RNC-IMC. So we should have some kind of
clear action!
