[New-imc] more on topic imc's

come on
topic imc was thought as an experimention on wide topics
otherwise we can as well start
mykitten.indymedia.org as a full-blown topic imc 
after all we should not post stuff on my kitten on italy imc :((((

i think we are going slightly off the edge 

why the hell boston imc and nyc imc should not be suitable for a event
specifically happening in their area ?
