[New-imc] topic imcs etc.

hi all, 

i'm not subscribed to new-imc though i used to be in the very beginning
when this working group was started.

i'd like to encourage everyone who is interested in either the question
<topic imc's in general and (how) do we want to have them> or in the
question <how do we get our own topic/event/project imc> to please
consider what the indeed very sleepy working group <new project> has
done so far. like clara said - as i take from reading the archives - it
didn't go very far. but it's worth it!

i know there are still some people on this list who were part of
starting <new imc> and i hope you all still remember that it took a
little while of intense discussion but then the solutions were quite
simple.

isn't this what indymedia is about? discussions about where we want to
go? don't just spend all your time administrating 13 different sites.
spend a bit of time *creating* something! ;)

i know that the point keeps coming up every time a major summit or
similar event is about to happen in let's say two weeks from now. so
this is not going to be the solution for american party meetings, but i
hope each new subdomain can help finding the solutions for the next ones
and save us all from touching the same problems again and again once
we've agreed on the basics.

i think the (very specific) questions are there, what we need now is
