[New-imc] USA recent new imc's summary

This is a great summary!  Thanks, Andy.  

I'm actually out of the U.S. right now and therefore
away from my computer (and my e-mail archives).  I'll
be back by mid-January though and will be able to wade
through my records to see if I can remember which
new-imcs I've taken on, and which ones other people
have taken.
