[New-imc] New IndyMedia Center in Southern Tier of New York

Hi Bill,

Good to hear that you are organizing a center in Binghamton.  I live in 
Hammondsport and work in Alfred, and folks I know here are interested in 
having a media center closer to this end of the Southern Tier.

Thanks for the invitation to attend your organizational meeting.  It might 
be good for us to attend your meeting and see how you decide to address 
different organizational issues.  Do let me know the date you select.
