hi everyone,
   i think IMC Arkansas still have a lot of work to do, especially in
outreach, but they're clearly committed to good communication and
networking, have got started in serious organising, and are well on
the way to trying out one more experiment in independent media.

Deadline for new-imc internal approval GMT 23:59 Thu 6 Feb 2003.
