[New-imc] New IndyMedia Center in Southern Tier of New York

Thanks, Boud, for your helpful advice.

I got a response from the people who are working to form a center in 
Binghampton inviting us to come to their initial meeting.  They are about 
100 miles from us, so they are too far to be a part of, but they are close 
enough to share ideas with and learn from.

I like your idea of trying to form a regional collective.  We will try to 
work on that.
