[New-imc] Confirmation of Lancaster IMC (11/02/03)

Hello New-imc'ers

There were no objections to Lancasters application
They are now accepted into the IMC community

They now need a Dns etc - i have no idea how the rest of this process 
works - and don't think i should even try! CAn somebody tell me 
exactly what needs to happen next (the twikki page says i should have 
a password? can someone iether send this to me to step in and help)
