Well, I can more than understand tony's frustration - I am myself constantly 
confused by this process. A few things I would like clarification about: 

So it is the new imc working group contact that sends all the documents to 
internal approval? I always thought it was the IMC itself. 

Then about the password: Who got that password for IMC Beirut? The tech 
contact or the person who send the application form (neither one of them has 
told me that they received a password and it is kind of important, because 
as for now I am working on the website and no one else, Bassem is really 
busy doing other things) I think this should also be mentioned on the NEWIMC 
page and not only in the instruction for working group members, because it 
can be really annoying for IMC's to hunt for their password, when e.g. a 
person has left the country, so they should be aware from the beginning who 
should have it.
