For new IMCs that i help through, i'm happy for them to either send
directly to the list, or to me. Sending to the list implies a delay
until the admin sees the message, but it reduces the power of the
new-imc helper, which IMHO is a good thing. It's also what we have
written in step 7 on the http://newimc.indymedia.org page.

i think the person who's listed as contact in the form (who might be
different from the one sending in the form) also gets a copy of the
password.

i've added a section to

and i'm about to write a TWiki version of the
http://newimc.indymedia.org page since i don't want to have password
access to the non-TWiki page.
