We can rent a LINUX based server with MySQL database enabled.Considering bandwidth it will most probably share,with other servers,one of 3 Mbit links in Yugoslavia.Technical skills that we posses are:HTML,basic JAVA applets,and probably in near future(month or two)basic knowledge of MySQL and PHP (maybe PERL).Group that will work on site is communicating with each other by e-mail.

outreach:
We are communicating with different alternative groups using e-mails,mailing lists and personal contacts.We have contacts with organizations that represent minority groups,unemployed people ,ecological groups,alter-global groups and many others.Also we are not limited only to city Belgrade,but we have contacts in other cities like Novi Sad(for example).

To promote work of grass-roots organizations in Serbia and to support future actions through brain-storming of different ideas,that can be exchangedon Indymedia\'s forum.
