can new-imc please confirm that a balkan imc is being created and that
Drazen <diabolik at yubc.net> is part of it?

listwork is changing its policy to create lists for yet not approved
imc's. we are making an effort to work closer with new imc to be sure
that we create lists that are really going to be used to create new imc's.
