[New-imc] I quit - who takes over IMC Iran?

Well, I guess, no answer is an answer as well. 

I don’t feel comfortable in a group were it is o.k. to answer to personal 
emails on four different lists, especially when the content was not 
offensive or anything (at least not to Petros, unfortunatly taken out of 
context it may have seemed not too nice to IMC Istanbul and the tech people, 
I certainly would have worded it differently when I had written it to an 
open list - this is why I strongly believe, that we should stick with the 
practice of answering to people who write personal emails, that they should 
themselves raise the issue on the list). 

I also don’t feel comfortable on a list where it remains unanswered when our 
hard-working tech people are accused of being bourgeois individualists. 

And as I have said before, I see no sense in helping out when this is 
criticized in such a way, while I have no clue what Petros is referring to. 
Concerning IMC Iran, I have always cc’t all my emails to them to Petros, and 
he never raised any concerns. 

Concerning IMC Beirut his accusations are entirely not true, I think I have 
made that clear several times. And I don’t know where he gets his 
impressions from. I tend to believe that it is time to leave when 
discussions are getting this kafkaesk. I can’t even defend myself, because I 
simply never did anything Petros is saying. Neither could I learn something 
or change my behaviour. That is not to say that I don’t make any mistakes, 
but they are simply not what Petros is claiming. 

One thing at the end, because people here in Beirut kept asking me, 
observing Petro's attacks, if I knew him, if the whole thing was personal. 
No, I have never met Petros in person, nor have I worked with him before on 
a list. 

So now the question is: Who takes care of IMC Iran? I’ll stay on this list 
until that question is answered. 

I would like to ask Petros in return to leave the IMC Beirut list, as I 
don’t think these disputes are worthwhile. If I was really doing anything 
wrong, I truely believe the people here are capable of telling me, they are 
not in any terrible dilemma, but know exactly what they want.
