[New-imc] IMC's in South Dakota

We're working to possibly start an IMC in Rapid City South Dakota and we 
understand there has been a recent applicaiton for a Lakota IMC here also.

We didn't know there was a possibile Lakota IMC and we are very excited to 
contact and work with them!!
